A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section twenty-nine, relating
to authorizing the board of veterinary medicine to
promulgate a legislative rule relating to certified
euthanasia technicians.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section twenty-nine, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND
BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-29. Board of veterinary medicine
.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the third day of August, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-eight, under the authority of section nine,
article ten-a, chapter thirty, of this code, modified by
the board of veterinary medicine
to meet the objections
of the legislative rule-making review committee and
refiled in the state register on the twenty-seventh day
of October, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight,
relating to the board of veterinary medicine
(certified
euthanasia technicians
, 26 CSR 5), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Board Of Veterinary Medicine
to promulgate a legislative
rule relating to Certified Euthanasia Technicians
.
